We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Female Front Desk & Admin officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Welcome visitors with a warm, positive attitude
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Work directly with the Operations manager in ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, etc.)

Guest House Management:

  • Manage the Cleaner and ensure the guest house is always clean
  • Ensure basic supplies are provided as at when required

Vehicle and Drivers Management:

  • Maintain drivers logbook and monitor their attendance
  • Manage administrative tasks, including record keeping and filing
  • Maintain vehicles records, repairs, and following up with maintenance team

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must have logistics service experience
  • Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills

Salary
NGN100,000 Net / month.
