Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Finance Manager in Lagos with 5+ years finance experience and 2+ years as a finance manager who enjoys overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance.

Job Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager at Nigeria Solidarity Support Fund in Lagos.
  • The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing financial strategies, and managing audit processes.
  • The role involves budgeting, forecasting, corporate partnership, financial reporting, risk management, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • ACCA or ICAN certification
  • Minimum of 8 years of formal work experience in finance management
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • NGO experience is a plus
  • Must be based in Lagos or can independently move to Lagos.
  • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory accounting principles
  • Experience in audit management and implementing audit recommendations
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
