Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Overview

  • As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the organization.
  • You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Forward GL reconciliation in line with CBN forward delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Implement recommendations from audit reports.
  • Assisting in preparing bank letters related to discrepancy.
  • Monitor and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Verification of spares incentives working and monthly posting to ERP
  • Bank charges receivables –Breakup.
  • Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Logistics reconciliation (Liability Vs Payment) & booking additional cost if any.
  • Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
  • Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years work experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Only candidates who stay close to Ikeja will be contacted.
  • Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on strategic planning and analysis.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Salary Range
N150,000 / month.
