GBC Professional Services - One of our clients in the Beauty industry requires the services of suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:  
Job Title: Female Administrator Location: Lagos Work hours: Monday - Saturday (10am-7pm)
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Control general efficiency of the business
  • Receive and control stock deliveries
  • Set appointments and maintain appointment book
  • Maintain reception area
  • Provide information regarding product and services rendered
  • Welcome clients and escort them to treatment cubicle
  • Handle follow up treatment bookings and recruit clients
  • Suggest special offers and promote the business
  • Manage and control clients and staff
  • Manage daily programs, routines and shifts
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Handle cash, credit and payments
  • Bookkeeping, record keeping stock control
Requirements
  • Must be presentable and smart
  • Must possess good communication and organisational skill
  • Must reside within Yaba or environs
  • OND holder
  • Must be computer literate
