Position: Head of Planning, Research & Statistics – Ref 001
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- The candidate will be responsible for the Development and Deployment of Work Programme, Strategic Planning and Data Production.
- In addition, the candidate will ensure the use of ICT in the management of systems and processes towards service delivery.
- He will coordinate the National Cost Database Centre and Construction Cost Database.
Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.
- Possession of postgraduate degree such as M.Sc or/and Phd will be an advantage.
- Registration with appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- A good knowledge proficiency in various ICT applications is compulsory.
Position: Head of Standards and General Services – Ref 002Responsibilities/Requirements:- The candidate will be responsible for design, deployment and construction of cost standards and acceptable limits of variation.
- He will ensure compliance and also conduct enforcement operations.
Qualifications: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.
- Possession of postgraduate degree such as M.Sc or/and Phd will be an advantage.
- Registration with appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- A good knowledge proficiency in various ICT applications is compulsory.
Position: Head of External Relations – Ref 003Responsibilities/Requirements:- The candidate will promote corporate publicity, public education and also promote relations with international professional bodies and the development partners.
Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.

Position: Head of Cost Quality Management – Ref 004Responsibilities/Requirements:- The candidate will ensure that there is mechanism for continuous process and system improvement.
- He will be responsible for the design, development and management of the monitoring and performance evaluation framework.
- He will oversee Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Operations
Qualifications: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions. Position: Head of Internal Audit – Ref 005Responsibilities/Requirements:- The candidate shall conduct internal audit and provide guidelines for ensuring compliance to rules of procurement and expenditure.
- He/ She shall ensure internal credit/financial control and perform all the duties of an Internal Auditor in a modern organization.
Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.

Position: Front Desk Officer/Secretary – Ref 006Responsibilities/Requirements: - The candidate will be responsible for all front desk activities in a modern organization, attend to enquiries, and provide first-line assistance to visitors, guests and customers.
- He/ She will assist in driving the office technology management infrastructure of the organization.
Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.
