Job Title: Business Development Manager

  • The Business Development Manager is expected to work on improving the Organizations market position and achieve financial growth. This BDM should be able to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and close business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • The BDM has the ultimate goal of converting prospects into clients, and continue to grow business in the future for the Organization with focus on retail business in a service environment with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience.
Other expectations:
  • A good University Degree.
  • Possession of a Master's Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites like pre-qualification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Must have the ability to draw up short and long-term strategic plans for sales nation-wide.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Management position.
  • Must not be less than 35years of age.
  • Must he able to drive sales nation-wide.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Requirements
  • The Chief Operating Officer should be an experienced administrator and marketing expert with focus on retail Business in a service environment with a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience.
  • Understanding of the health insurance market in Nigeria with bean
  • added advantage.
  • The Chief Operating Officer will be expected to direct, administer, and coordinate the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
  • The candidate will report directly to the Managing Director/CEO of the organization.
Other Expectations are:
  • A good University Degree.
  • Possession of a master's Degree in a relevant field and/or degree in any medical field will be an added advantage. Minimum of 7 years in a Senior Management position.
  • Must not be less than 40years of age.
  • Must be ready to travel within and outside Lagos for operational activities.
  • Must be Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft office applications).
  • Sound business acumen and excellent marketing skills.
  • Must be able to interpret financial data/reports.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent lime management skits.
  • Good organizational and staff management skills
  • Experience of working with people of diverse discipline and culture
