With core competency in the development and execution of tailored and strategic stakeholder communications, we help our clients establish and maintain close relations with their key stakeholders, most importantly the media.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Chevron, Lagos Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO.
  • Examine documents for review.
  • Respond to client queries and requests.
  • Manage the CEO’s social media pages.
  • Support the business development strategy.
  • Monitor and manage activities of all business accounts.
  • Managing the CEO's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Handle/supervise travel and other logistics arrangement.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO's behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in any related discipline.
  • 2 - 3 years of work experience as an Executive, Personal Assistant
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Proactivity and self-direction
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Proximity to Island
  • Excellent knowledge of google workspace and added digital skills.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
