Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
  • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems.
  • Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
