Job Title: Executive Assistant / Admin

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Report to: C.E.O.
Sector: Real Estate

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative functions - planning, coordinating, and managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence and internal documents, coordinate and arrange meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Preparation of presentations (PowerPoint), proposals and client deliverables, i.e. taking instructions from other individuals or service departments as necessary, to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met as outlined.
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
  • As directed by the CEO, independently draft and if required, respond/handle all in-coming and out-going e-mails and correspondence on his behalf.
  • Structuring presentations and written communication.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring they are well-prepared for the meetings.
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Assisting in keeping track of project deadlines and managing a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact. (must have basic knowledge of facility management)
  • All other EA/Admin duties and responsibilities as expected

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or similar discipline
  • Property Investment knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate on proposals.
  • Proven experience of 3 years as an executive assistant.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools/software.

Salary
N200,000 net
