We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Engineering Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical documentation of the department.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reports.
  • Involvements in cross department jobs and cross departmental activities
  • Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)
  • Ensuring job meets company standard in line with established SOPs
  • Provide background support for field personnel & technical support for Clients.
  • Update the communication channels appropriately on ongoing task progress and matters as they arise.
  • Manage workload to achieve positive results and ensure completion within timeframe
  • Field installations, support, inspection and reports.
  • Relaying of all updates and site issues efficiently on the group and other communication channels (to relevant individuals)

Requirements

  • B.Sc, B.Eng or HND in Electrical Engineering, mechatronics, physics or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of related Health and Safety Standards.
  • Competency in AutoCAD & Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Electronics/Automation.
  • High cognitive & organizational skills.
