We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Instrumentation engineers is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
• His job is to make sure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.
• He will need a thorough understanding of the operational processes of an organization as His role is multidisciplinary, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including New Projects Building Panels, and Maintenance.

Should Have excellent knowledge in :

• Advance process control (APC).
• Distributed control systems (DCS).
• Programmable logic controllers Siemens S7 1500 And 300 (PLC)
• Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
• Troubleshooting Plc. Panels.
• Excellent Working in PID’s and fine tuning control Loops.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in maunfacturing/production.
• Must be residing or willing to relocate to Lokoja, Kogi State.

Job Title: Industrial Mechanical Technician

Location: Lokoja, Kogi

Job Description

• A mechanical technician, possesses the detailed knowledge of a company’s machines necessary to perform maintenance and repair duties.
• A mechanic must have experience with tools and machinery, and should be able to use generalized knowledge of a mechanical system to formulate specific solutions to problems.
• Since many mechanical technicians work in fast-paced industries, they are often called upon to make safe and effective repairs in a short amount of time, so performance under pressure is a must for this job.

Should Have excellent knowledge in :

• Troubleshooting and repairing Centrifugal or multistage pumps
• Able to change the mechanical seal and bearings
• Troubleshooting and repairing Agitators and gearboxes
• Coupling Alignment such a normal coupling or gear coupling.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field;
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a Manufacturing environment;
• Relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician will also be an added advantage;
• Must be residing or willing to relocate to Lokoja in Kogi State

Job Title: Electrical Industrial Engineer

Location: Lokoja, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
As an electrical engineer, He'll design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and components to required specifications. His work will focus on:

• Good Maintenance
• Quality
• Safety
• Programing VFD’s and Soft starters
• Building Electrical Panels Starters Above 1000 KW.
• Installation
• Excellent In Medium Voltage (11 KV) Installation and commissioning
• Earthing Test Medium Voltage And Low Voltage.
• Insulation Test For Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Equipment’s.
• The electrical equipment that He'll design and maintain is used across many sectors, including:
• The building industrial Panels and services, including lighting, heating and ventilation , Pumping
• Production and distribution of power 11KV – 0.4 KV.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field;
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in production/manufacturing companies;
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI etc. will be an added advantage;
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines;
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability;
• Relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician will also be an added advantage;
• Must be residing or willing to relocate to Lokoja in Kogi State.
