  • Provide leadership and vision by assisting the board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on strategies
  • Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan;
  • Establish and lead execution of operation strategy
  • Support and lead company products sales, growth and continuous cost & quality improvements in the business;
  • Timely update and present competitors’ activities and provides market feed-back on new products, price changes, new launches, etc. to the top management
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
  • Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
  • Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing depletion plan and avoiding over stocking the points of sales
Requirements
  • B.A/B.Sc/HND In related field and MBA.
  • 10 Years’ Work Experience In A Senior Manager Role In A Multinational FMCG Organisation
  • Excellent Track Record Of Achieving Results
  • Must Have Led Organisation With Multi- Functional Team.
  • Prior Managerial And Sales Experience Is Preferred
Job Title: Ticketing Officer Location: Ibadan Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND (SABRE Or AMADEUS Certified)
  • Applicants Should Be Computer Literate
  • Applicants Must Have 3 Years Minimum Of Relevant Experience
