Job Title: Business Marketing Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Possess clear understanding and point of view on the entire shopping experience and develop action plan to improve customer experience
• Expand the brand frontiers across Nigeria.
• Investigate, recommend and implement new enhancements that can increase revenue, brand awareness and improve overall customer experience by analyzing the results of ongoing efforts.
• Plan, organize and produce all e-mail campaigns, homepages and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website
• Identify and document website enhancements with an understanding for the complexities and opportunities related to direct mail marketing expense.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Designing and developing training based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.

• Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the logistics tasks of the online aspect of the retail business to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and business growth
• Direct optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock level, delivery time

• Overseeing the daily accounting activities required to accurately maintain the company’s general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial records and schedules
• Managing and maintaining the financial accounting system, and all accounting processes including daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash collection, payroll, bank, inventory reconciliation and tax filings
