- Develop, maintain and implement a comprehensive Operations Technical Competence and Development and Assurance curriculum across the entire hierarchy of Operations department based on the A&P scheme to ensure that operations staff can be progressed based on learnt and experience- based competencies commensurate with their responsibilities.
- Coordinate with the HRL team to deliver Modules trainings for the new Operators and Technicians, covering the design, process description, control and safeguarding narratives of Train 7 Plant project scope and existing facilities, to enhance personnel competence in the execution of their day to activities
- Retrieve relevant information from manuals, design information, and vendor documentation to provide the needed Training materials and deliver fit for purpose the training as per schedule
- Work with the EPC Contractor and third-party Vendors to deliver the plan Training as per approved plan and schedule. Monitor and record training effectiveness and progress.
- Implement a refresher program based on the A&P scheme and on contemporary developments and lessons learnt in the plant and in industry, to refresh and maintain the professional competencies of senior operations personnel including shift operations leadership.
- Supervise competency-based progression through the Assessment and Progression (A&P) Schemes for Operators to ensure clear understanding of the daily routine/non-routine operation/commissioning and start-up of the plant to meet minimum staff competence required to operate the plant.

Job Title: Spares and Materials Management/ Coordinator

- Provide onboarding as guidance to CONTRACTOR who will ensure that ITT, POs, contracts and project specifications include a spare Parts Identification Process and that specification of BoM's are stipulated.

- Own and ensure compliance with the Spare Parts Strategy for the Project and ensure proper action will be taken on surplus materials and spare parts with Maintenance and Contracting and Procurement.
- Coordinate the inclusion of parts from the E-SPIR on the Bill of Material in the ERP and work with IT to ensure the deployment of the E-SPIR Advisor, set up and assign roles.
- Consult the Maintenance Focal Point to determine the parts included on the BoM and create a formal spares maintenance strategy document for Company technical reviewers to follow.
- Review the responsibilities and ensures the implementation of the Contractor (specially the Contractor Spare Focal Point) in relation to all spare parts activities through the Spares Management Process.
- Establish and implement systems and procedures for the reviewing and progressing of all spare parts schedules to ensure availability of operational spares in time for commissioning.
- Ensure that the latest version of data objects is loaded in E-SPIR advisor and maintain throughout the project (e.g., Material Group, Object Type, SAP MNFR Codes, SAP Material Masters, exchange rates, UOM, spare parts indicator).
- Manage the review of items submitted to identify opportunities for standardisation, review all Spare Parts related project deliverables for final documentation and organise coding of Spare Parts with COMPANY's coding system.
- Liaise with the Company's project, maintenance and procurement staff to ensure that project related spare parts are purchased in time for CSU.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

- Provide logistic support services for all Operations Readiness/Commissioning and Start Up Personnel and other personnel interfacing with Operations Readiness/Commissioning and Start Up department to ensure adequacy of required accommodations, transportation, training supports etc.
- Work with the Technical Trainers and the A&P Coordinator to prepare short and long term time table and schedules for Technical Trainings for (both in house and external) of the new full time employees recruited for the commissioning and Start Up of the Train 7 Project scope to ensure seamless training delivery.
- Support the Trainers in the day to day planning and implementation of all the approved Training plans and maintain all the relevant documentation and records for the Training for easy tracking and progress measurement.
- Carry out the administration of the Expert manpower service support contract staff timesheets, call off and salary payment and manage all Operations Readiness/Commissioning and Start Up staff data to avoid delays and to ensure manpower availability.
- Monitor budget performance regularly for effective control and in other to minimize variance between planned and actual expenditure.
- Provide administrative interface with Human Resources department, corporate Head Quarters and other departments to ensure effective communication is maintained with the Operations Readiness/Commissioning and Start Up personnel.
- Coordinate the use of materials and raise material requisition for the provisions of PPE, consumables and other office stationeries for Operations Readiness/Commissioning and Start Up Personnel usage to avoid stock out of materials.
