  • This role, reports directly to the General Manager at InterContinental Lagos.   • Educate and Train team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff are properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job assignments
  • Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solid feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher National Diploma preferably in Hotel Management and/or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, 5 of which must be at senior/management Level
