Job Title: Service Solution Executive
Location: Nigeria
Reports to: Business Solutions Manager
Job purpose
- The Service Solution Executive is responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to all customers by designing solutions that meets customer requirement at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & General Operations:
- Liaise with Sales team and Service Delivery team to understand clients requirement prior to service design stage.
- Design cost-effective connectivity solutions that meets new and evolving clients requirement.
- Facilitate peer review sessions to discuss project scope, budget and time and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- Prepares Bill of Materials for clients’ solution design projects and systems integration.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Preparation of Technical Proposal for Bids.
- More than average knowledge of last mile technologies – Fiber, Microwave, Wi-Fi, VSAT
- Manage other special projects as would be assigned as need arises by Business Development Manager.
- Second Level escalation on service related issues.
- Innovate service design operations.
- Provide accurate and standard designs
Documentation:
- Prepare and update design documents; Service Overview, Pre-Qualification, Network designs.
- Documentation of Technical Proposal for Bids.
Service Solution/Design:
- Provides leadership and technical expertise to other network engineers in the technical team
- Liaise with IP networks specialist to ensure new products and solutions are fully supported
- Liaise with IP Specialist and Core Networks manager to design advanced routing and switching solutions for eStream Core Network.
- Innovative backup to the Business Development Manager
- Act as second level of support for any service related issues.
People Management:
- Maintain good customer relationship.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Quality Assurance:
- Strict Compliance to Quality Management System and Safety Procedures.
- Conforms to policies, procedures and Process on Service Deployment.
- All other duties may be assigned to you by your Line Manager.
Requirements
Education Qualification / Experience:
- 4-6 Years Post Graduate cognate experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Ability to multi task in a highly complex, ambiguous environment
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in: Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
- CCNP Routing & Switching /Service Provider or CCDP certification is a must.
- Other Qualifications include MTCNA and CCDA

Job Title: Business Solution Manager

Job Description
- The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and development of new products, services and delivery of projects.
- The incumbent is also expected to evaluate and resolve customer technical feasibilities, propose solutions, design optimization, design/development of new services and user testing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Insight and Integration:
- Proactively assesses the customer needs by finding out what information, products or services the customer requires for the purpose of formulating a business case and delivering an effective variety of services to help the customer exceed their business objectives.
- Coordinate the design, development and delivery of products that matches customer requirement.
Technical / Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Responsible for coordinating all activities surrounding the development and delivery of a service solution for all customer request.
- Responsible for coordinating the design, development and implementation of new products and services in order to service a market segment.
- Responsible for designing a comprehensive and cost effective solutions that meets client’s needs by gathering customers’ requirements, design architecture,development, testing/nursery and documentation.
- Develop and produce service design output for review and evaluation.
- Ensure timeline for projects are taken into consideration in the schedule change during design.

Job Title: IP Networks Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Direct Reports: IP Engineer
Job Purpose
- The IP Networks Specialist is responsible for designing and optimizing eStream Core IP network which supports various connectivity solutions such as internet, VPN, IP Telephony, Data Center Managed & Hosted services, IPTV and VoIP.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Insight and Integration:
- Assist the NPO manager to achieve the corporate objectives
- Attend project & departmental meetings
- Provide inputs to the departmental annual budget
- Provide technological innovation to improve core network processes and network support for new products
Technical / Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Constant review of core network design with a view to optimize the network
- Responsible for configuring core and edge routers for design implementation as well as BTS integration
- Responsible for maintaining BGP peering with Upstream providers and downstream clients
- Provide technical solutions to network issues escalated to the 2nd level.
- Responsible for maintaining policies on the bandwidth manager
- Responsible for IP address planning and management of IP address database for the entire core network.
Leadership:
- Team lead for special core network projects
- Training & knowledge sharing for junior engineers and other team members
- Responsible for scheduling and implementing quarterly maintenance of Core devices.
Interpersonal, Relationship Management & Collaboration:
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to deliver projects
- Partner with Service Deployment and Product Development teams to provide solutions to clients
Communication:
- Escalate service impacting issues outside span of control to the NPO Manager.
- Deliver weekly reports on the status of the network
- Generate and submit periodic project and operational reports to the NPO Manager for informed decision making
Customer Focus:
- Monitor the core network to provide 99% service availability
Financial Management:
- Recommend & Implement cost saving initiatives
Requirements
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field
