Job Title: E-Channel Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Identifying and targeting potential customers / partners through various online channels.
  • Managing and maintaining e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
  • Understanding of current e-commerce trends, strategies, and techniques in the industry to achieve large market shares.
  • Monitors projects from initiation until completion including assisting in requirements and user acceptance testing ensuring all milestones are accomplished to help maintain a timely delivery.
  • Analyzing sales data and digital metrics to make recommendations about products and categories as it relates to personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborating with various business teams to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to create digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through online channels, such as chatbots, email, and social media.
  • Analyzing data and using insights to improve online sales performance.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in information Technology, Business, Marketing, and other related filed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for applicant, as they need to effectively communicate with customers and team members through various digital channels.
  • Analytical Skills: applicant should be able to analyze data and use insights to improve online sales performance.
  • Customer Service Skills: Providing exceptional customer service is important for applicant, as they need to handle customer inquiries and complaints through online channels.
  • Experience: 2- 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce is required. Candidates with experience in managing online marketplaces are also highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: applicant should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website design, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing techniques.
