Job Title: Document Control Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Description

  • We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Control Officer. If you have a keen eye for detail, are proficient in applying document management software, and can maintain positive client relations in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Control and manage the company's documentation.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews and document audits for compliance.
  • Communicate and collaborate with regulatory agencies and clients.
  • Utilize an acceptable enterprise solution to organize and distribute documents with version and access control.
  • Share documents with clients and regulatory agencies promptly.
  • Maintain a document register and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and improve document control procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and standards.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience

  • A minimum of OND in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and industry professionals.
  • Proficient in the use of enterprise solutions for document management.
