Job Title: Document Control Analyst

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Document Control Analyst must be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in document control/data analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and control all project documents on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure quality documentation, such as drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers is maintained.
  • Outline a long-term storage system.
  • Prepares routine claim reports (insurance and suppliers) for management as required.
  • Adherence to requirements/standards.
  • Prepare and analyze production/quality data for management.
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Prepare process documents, organize an archiving system, and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation.
  • Retrieve documents upon request.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Sc / BE / HND in Science and Administration.
  • Min of 2 years of proven work experience in document management/data analysis, archive management, or records.
  • Knowledge of document management systems like SharePoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, and Rubex.
  • Proficiency in document-capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Eerox DocuShare.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
