Job Summary

• The Projects Supply and Coordination team (PS&C) is a global one within the Processing Solutions and Equipments (PS&E) at Tetra Pak, dedicated to providing timely and cost-effective support for our Projects Operations worldwide. The Strategy and Capability (S&C) team, as an integral part of PS&C, leads the development of strategies and capabilities aligned with the Equipment Supply Chain Strategy and their execution. S&C actively builds capabilities, collaborates with teams, and drives initiatives for continuous improvement.
• As a PS&C Capability Driver (Digitalization Expert), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our strategic capabilities through technology, data science and analysis, also you will be responsible in developing, deploying and implementing global digital solutions those across the PS&C team.
• The focus is on increasing productivity through standardizing and automating processes and systems. This position offers a unique chance to drive transformative changes and contribute to the ongoing digitalization efforts, involves adopt technology to enhance processes, improve user experience and drive innovation in industry. This role will require recognition of opportunities for digitalization to boost efficiency and collaboration, diving deep into complex business data, including SAP, customs, and external sources. 
• This role allows you to be based in any of our global offices, and extensive travel is not required.

What you will Do
As a PS&C Capability Driver (Digitalization Expert), you will:

• Collaborate with the Strategy and Capability team to define and prioritize focus areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
• Analyze PS&C Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive action plans to address identified areas for improvement;
• Drive comprehensive feasibility analyses on improvement areas, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making processes;
• Ensure thorough capturing of business requirements and design system solutions accordingly, delivering viable end-to-end solution frameworks;
• Develop and implement Robotic Process Automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency;
• Create impactful Hyper Reports and Dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization;
• Actively participate in global Business Transformation Projects related to PS&C operations, contributing to the organization's overall strategic objectives;
• Provide support to the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Program within the PS&C domain;
• Proactively seek new processes and tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the PS&C domain;

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Management or Information Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in RPA development and Power Platform: Share point lists, Power Automate, Power BI and Power APPs.
• Proficiency in English (is a must).
• Experience with other business analytics tools, coding experience, basic DBA (database administration) and SQL Server knowledge are a Plus.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, agility, strong drive for results, ability to deliver on time and under pressure, effective communications skills and proficiency in stakeholder and change management.
