Job Summary

  • Action Against Hunger is currently looking to fill the position of Data Entry Assistant who will be responsible for the data entry and archiving of tender bids.
  • The position will be based in Abuja-FCT and the contract will be for a period of 1-month contract with a possibility of renewal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter suppliers' bids in the assessment table for international tender and restriction tender dossier;
  • Organize the physical archive and soft copy of tender bids in framework dossiers (classification, scanning, photocopy);
  • Upload bids on the procurement software; &
  • Perform other archiving activities as required.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree / HND or equivalent in any field;
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the field of office administration, logistics and/or supply chain;
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Capacity to work in a team;
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Ability to learn to use new software;
  • Attention to detail - Diligence - Rigour - Autonomy - Organisation and Flexibility - Analytical and summarizing skills;

Daily Pay Rate
NGN 6,989 per day (taxable).
