Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Data Engineer and Data Scientist at T40.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting up and optimizing our data infrastructure while utilizing advanced analytics to provide actionable insights for our company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Data Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures to support the needs of the business.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize database systems for performance and efficiency.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in data processing pipelines.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to present key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data flow.
• Data Science: Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and key insights that drive business decisions.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources to create a unified view for analysis.
• Implement efficient ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in data engineering and data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL) and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
