Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • You'll resolve issues, answer product questions, and promote our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and response time targets.
  • Process orders, manage accounts, and track shipments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production,Packaging,logistics) to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in related courses.
  • 2-3years of customer service experience, preferably in food industry/e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Experience with online food ordering platforms.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month
