Radix Capital Partners Limited commenced its operations in 2008 as an independent Investment Bank outfit registered to perform Issuing House and Financial Advisory services including Transaction Advisory, Investment Promotion Advisory, Equity, and Debt participation, Structured Finance, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions. We are regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission and also registered with the Bureau of Public Enterprise (“BPE”) to act as advisers on privatisation and commercialisation exercises.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Victorial Island, Lagos Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Act as the company Janitor

Qualification and Experience Required

  • OND in any of the disciplines such as (Marketing, Business Administration).
  • 2 years of Relationship Management experience.
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with mastery in written communication and presentations;
  • Ability to multi-task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds
