Newedge provides Loans, Investment and Financial Advisory solutions to clients across the private and public sectors of the economy. We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ogba Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  • Receiving calls and attending to customers complain and also proffering adequate solution
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
  • Determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Updating account information

Qualifications / Skills

  • Candidates should possess an HND, BSc with 0 - 2 years work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication.
  • Computer Proficient.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Strong Analytical skills.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
