Job Title: Customer Service Officer / Sales Associate
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview
- The customer service / sales associates are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the brand.
- They are to make customers feel welcome and assist them to find the products that most satisfy their needs.
- She must be knowledgeable about the products and able to adequately guide the customer at all times.
Key Responsibilites
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with product lines.
- Responsible for security within the store as well as looking out for fraudsters shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
- Keep a schedule of events /special promotions
- Work with management to organize and execute sales campaigns
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Arrange displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured
- Report discrepancies and problems to the shop manager.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Daily Tasks:
- Greet all walk-in customers as they come in the store and ask them how they would like to be assisted.
- Keep store tidy and clean and ensure office assistants clean constantly.
- Process all cash and card payments
- Answer first line queries and complaints from customers.
Weekly Tasks:
- Balance cash registers with receipts.
- Execute the store's visual merchandising concept
Monthly Tasks:
- Work with store manager to conduct inventory count.
- Work with store manager to prepare store reports.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably Marketing, Business and Finance.
Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in direct sales,
- Experience in the fashion industry a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence

N50,000 - N60,000 monthly
Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Ensure that the store is clean at all times
- Ensure that the racks are color-coded at all times
- Check to pick updates for the day
- Return phone calls and messages efficiently
- Follow up with customers as required
- Check social media and reply to all messages
- Send daily report
- Liaise with stockists effectively
- Keep up to date with stocking schedule
- Prepare and send invoices
- Follow up with payments effectively
- Follow up with maintenance
- Prepare staff payroll promptly
- Facilitate all HR procedures effectively
- Work with production supervisor to replenish inventory
- Assist in planning store events
- Carry out research for Creative Director
- Send reminders and pick up rates to customers
- Prepare and send Newsletters, Whatsapp messages to customers with the utmost professionalism
- Keep a record of all transactions
- Log in all expenses and revenue efficiently
- Steam all outfits daily
- Conduct retail staff meetings
- Supervise store operations to ensure smooth running.
- Wrap dresses in appropriate bags
- Prepare daily / weekly sales report
- Ensure strict compliance and monitoring of rules, policies and standards
- Supervise retail staff to ensure that they actively carry out their roles
- Create strategies to attract new customers
- Handle and resolve all clients complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure that all orders are delivered on a timely basis

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Ensure quality control checks of Ready-to-Wear outfits
- Check items to be made for the week
- Check with procurement to ensure that all materials are available for production
- Check the schedule for Ready-to-Wear
- Check with tailors to know their schedule a for Ready-to-Wear
- Ensure that all tailors are engaged at all times
- Send daily report
- Follow up with maintenance as required
- Purchase and replenish store supplies as required
- Carry out research for Creative Director
- Ensure that all Ready-to-wear outfits are true to the size
- Ensure that all items are tagged with the price tags and labels in the right position
- Check for stains and ensure that there is none
Qualification / Experience
- HND or B.Sc in any related discipline
- 1-3 years' experience in a quality control position
- Experience in the fashion industry is а plus
