Petra Microfinance Bank (PMFB) Plc is fully in the business of rendering micro financial services to all its customers, particularly the active poor. The bank was incorporated in the year 2008, and commenced full banking operation on 22nd May, 2008. The bank has its head office at No. 18 Montgomery Road, Yaba, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

  • Ensure full understanding ofthe bank products and effectively explain product benefits and features to clients.
  • Ensuring pro-active service to customers by adhering to Bank’s standard customer service delivery turn-around time.
  • Effectively engage clients to educate clients on all products and cross sell services and products as required.
  • Ensure proper customer account opening documentation and filing
  • Handling customer complaints and servicing customers’ inquiries.
  • Co-planning local marketing and sales activities, reviewing results and determine improvements.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer inquiry with regards service points within the branch where clients can be serviced through accounts opening packages, cheque books, customer statements etc.
  • Maximising Customer Satisfaction by ensuring quick and professional service and complaint management..
  • Understand fully all Petra MfB products and services and procedures.

Requirements

  • Mimimum qualification of B.Sc or HND
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a micro finance bank
  • Live within Yaba and Environs.
