We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Customer Service Intern Location: Lagos
Job Description The ideal candidate will be required to carry out the following key activities;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coordinates daily updates on our social media handles.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information on products and services.
  • Respond politely and courteously to customers enquiries.
  • Managing large amounts of inbound calls, chats and emails in a timely manner.
  • Collecting customer information and analyzing customer need and providing prompt solutions.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc / HND in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Physics, or any Science discipline.
  • Must be a serving Corps member.
