Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Job Summary

  • The candidate will work remotely (from home anywhere in Nigeria).
  • It will be an opportunity to develop and grow skills in the digital/creative/web sphere as training will be a big part of the job.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Male or female
  • The candidate must own a good smart phone and working laptop
  • Working hours will be 9am to 6pm
  • Internet connection will be paid for in addition to other expenses.
  • Required software will be provided.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Age over 25 (would consider a younger person with required skillset)
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of internet
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good telephone manner and good spoken english
  • Customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Able to manage and develop social media accounts.
  • Internet and web skills training will be given.

Salary

  • N65,000 monthly.
  • Remuneration will be a monthly basic salary plus a performance-based bonus.
  • Performance reviews will be held each week.
