The Niche Institute of Customer Experience and Innovation (NICXI) is a research institute dedicated to consumer research, customer management and innovation learning & development in Africa. We an education technology (EdTech) startup are on a mission to unlock business growth in Africa through consumer research, education and technology.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Curriculum, Learning and Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills
  • Develop clear and measurable learning objectives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
  • Design and develop training materials such as instructional manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and other training resources
  • Manage a team of trainers or instructional designers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs are up-to-date and relevant to the organization's needs
  • Coordinate the delivery of training programs, including scheduling training sessions and identifying trainers and facilitators
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Education, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate or academic setting
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
