group of businesses, based in the South West region of Nigeria, with
interests across several industries. The Group's interests include
holdings in 12 subsidiaries, 14 associate companies, and other trade

investment portfolio for improved performance and returns to
shareholders, and is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to
join its senior management team.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Manager - Property Development

Location: South West Region, Nigeria
Detailed Job Description
- Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful
candidate will be responsible for managing the Real Estate business of
the holding company.
- The candidate will have the responsibility to implement a
management structure for the Property Development Division that provides
for the efficient management of existing properties, and the
development of new ones to ensure that annual profit and return on asset
targets are constantly achieved.
Requirements
- First Degree in the Built Environment from a reputable
institution (e.g. Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Estate
Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum ten (10) years management experience in a construction
environment, five (5) of which must be in a property development and
real estate management organization
- Experience managing a real estate and property development
organisation with a portfolio including grade A properties in choice
locations
- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP or Prince2) will be an advantage
- Age: 40 - 50 years old.

Job Title: General Manager - Treasury & Investment

Detailed Job Description
- Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful
candidate will be responsible for the management of the Group's treasury
operations and ensuring the optimal performance of its investment
portfolio.
- The position will also be responsible for financial appraisal,
due diligence and capital raising for new investments, towards the
development and achievement of the Group's strategic goals and
objectives.
Requirements
- First Degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable tertiary
institution. A Post Graduate Degree in related disciplines will be an
added advantage
- Relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACA, CFA, etc.
- Minimum of ten (10) years relevant management experience, with at least three (3) years at senior management level
- A proven track record in managing a mixed asset investment portfolio and securing financing for new business ventures
- Age: 40 - 50 years old.
