Job Title: Project Manager / Administrator Locations: Abuja and Lagos Job Field: Real Estate / Construction
Job Description
  • The Project Manager will coordinate the planning, directing, coordinating activities concerned with the construction and pavement of projects.
Responsibilities
  • Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
  • Resolving design and development problems
  • Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
  • Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND (from a reputable University or Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit) in related Engineering field: Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Professional qualifications (NSE, CORBON, COREN) in related field is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying with relevant qualification with professional body
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Must be within 27 - 40 years of age

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with level external and internal clients
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology, Nutrition
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (Microbiology), Industrial / Medical Microbiological Science
  • Must possess any of the relevant QHSE certificates. NISP Level 3 or NEBOSH
  • Experience: 3-5 years
