Job Title: Senior Account Manager (They / She / He)

Location: Lagos

Your work-life opportunity

  • As a Partner Revenue Manage, you will have a key role in the Glovo Partner Operations team. You will ensure partner engagement and retention in Glovo by finding ways to grow the number of orders and generate additional revenue. Define the monetisation strategy and execution for all partner segments.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio.
  • Meet with clients regularly to build strong commercial relationships. Manage each assigned partner through regular contact by telephone, email, face to face partner review /re-sign meetings.
  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple clients
  • Deliver outstanding day-to-day client service and a high quality of work to agreed excellence service and performance.
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics

You have

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Business consultant,Consulting, Account Management, retail or FMCG
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details

Job Title: Content Operations Coordinator (They / She / He)

Location: Lagos

Your Work-life Opportunity

  • Support Lead Generation Team prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and maintaining or data quality in Salesforce.
  • This individual will be highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources based on his/her local knowledge.
  • A dynamic personality with a drive to seize opportunities is essential!

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Process Leads Tags: most of the data we acquire during the scrapping process is missing information. This person will be responsible for qualifying the leads and pre-qualify them based on their interest in Glovo.
  • Identify new local sources of leads: current scrapping of google and competitors is not providing enough leads for the pipelines (for example: Google is not valid in EMEA). We are looking for someone with regional knowledge able to identify and propose new sources of leads
  • Manage pipelines: this is a key task. Nowadays our key account managers spend time organizing and prioritizing their accounts when they should really be establishing a business relation with them. That’s why you will be in charge of prioritizing which leads the account managers contact based on your local knowledge and data analysis.
  • Own Salesforce Database Quality: be the owner of our salesforce database quality. This implies managing duplicates and assigning each account (lead, partner, etc.) to its real state.
  • Maintain Parent Accounts: Parent Accounts are needed within salesforce in order to have a clear structure of the deal and bonus payment.

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related field
  • Languages: english and local language are a must
  • Market local knowledge
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools
  • Highly Organized and Responsible

Job Title: Glover Specialist (They / She / He)

Location: Lagos

  • The Glover Specialist will be responsible to lead and supervise the Glover Specialist as they conduct day-to-day operations, managing the Couriers, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with Management and ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organizations financial and operations functions.

  • Plans and oversees strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.
  • Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
  • Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
  • Recruit, train and onboard the entire fleet of Couriers (couriers) in the new city
  • Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the acquisition and retention of Couriers
  • Have a Data Sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is transferred to our database and reports
  • Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity, within a specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus.
  • Be responsible for all documentation and contracts of Couriers in the city
  • Be there for the Couriers when they need support
  • Take care of procurement, ensuring that all Couriers receive the work kit and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
  • Ensure that all Couriers are properly trained and prepared to provide feedback to the Fleet Operations Manager
  • Manage scheduling, attendance and general administration of Info-Sessions while supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
  • Communicate effectively with the local Operations Manager on customer support processes and operations
  • Improve processes on behalf of Couriers through projects (when necessary)
  • Recommend effective strategies for the financial well-being of Glovo.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  • Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures by Couriers.
  •  Identify channels to source new leads and potential Couriers through both online and offline mediums
  • Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics with a macro view of the long-term success of the city.
  • Optimize delivery times and Courier earnings.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and models for your city and the region
  • Oversee organizational insurance policies. Ensure health and Safety committee meetings are held and tasks assigned.
  • Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved.

You Have

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Economics or similar education is an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy in MS programs or ERP systems.
  • 2 +years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.).
  • Experience in on-demand delivery is a plus
  • Open to directions and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Effective English written and communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient
