We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: API 570 Inspector Location: Lagos Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains inspection schedules for facility piping and associated systems
  • Managing contract Inspection crews to ensure all required compliance inspections are executed, reviewed, and documented
  • Understanding damage mechanisms specific to assigned process units and developing inspection techniques and frequencies for early detection of potential failure areas
  • Identifying equipment and piping needing repair and replacement in a timely manner
  • Developing inspection and Test requirements for new replacement equipment
  • Directing Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) crews performing Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing and other inspections
  • Reviewing engineering packages and developing Inspection and Test Plans for new installations
  • Managing inspection activities driven by Mechanical Integrity Required Standards
  • Submit detailed Fixed Equipment Inspection & Test plans for turnarounds
  • Approving repairs as well as supply QA/QC on all work completed within their area
  • Writing detailed inspection and turnaround reports and maintaining files and documentation
  • Updating equipment inspection records, piping isometrics, and Risk Based Inspection records
Requirements
  • API 570 Certification
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability2222
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 10 or more years of inspection experience in Refining, Petrochemical, or related industry
  • Ability to read and understand engineering schematics (isometric drawings, construction drawings, plot plans, P&IDs, etc.)
  • Willingness and ability to perform/comply with site specific/industry safety standards
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, File Explorer, Outlook).
    Job Title: Data Technician Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Maintain Document control, database management, track project activities
  • Secure information by completing data base backup
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
  • QC drafter’s CAD drawing by confirming specifications and communicating required adjustments
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy required
  • 5 or more years of experience in a related role
Skills:
  • Must have the ability follow standard operating procedures
  • Detailed oriented
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, File Explorer, Outlook)
  • Must be able to perform general office work and be willing to perform other duties as needed.
    Job Title: Level II NDT Technician Location: Lagos Responsibilities
  • Performing Ultrasonic Thickness, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant and Visual Inspection activities
  • Field drawing of isometric drawings
  • Completing reports of inspection activities
  • Updating equipment inspection records and piping isometrics.
Requirements
  • ASNT/ANSI Level II Certification in Ultrasonic Thickness, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant and Visual Inspection methods
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Excellent English speaking and writing ability
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand engineering schematics (isometric drawings, construction drawings, plot plans, P&IDs, etc.)
