  • Develop new products by identifying potential products; develop strategic marketing plans to promote assigned brands and ensure continuous usage, listing by brand names in Hospital formulary and regular purchase orders from Hospitals/Institutions, conduct market research and regular visits to customers to audit product performance and shelf off-take.
Qualification
  • B. Pharm. qualification
  • 3-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry/Brand Management
  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Business Management and Relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power-point.
  • 30-35 years.

  • Effective supervision of field force in detailing and coverage gf hospitals, institutions, and pharmacy shops, ensure the achievement of district’s sales target through effective channels and distributors management, competitive intelligence tracking and reporting covering product launches, prices, innovation, promotions etc., regular interface with distributors to uncover irritations (where they exist) and resolve same for enhanced business relationships, regular monitoring, supervision, coaching and mentoring of sales representatives to ensure that corporate sales objectives are met without obstacles, efficient scanning of assigned district for government business opportunities.
Qualification
  • B. Pharm. or any of the Biological Sciences
  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
