Job Title: Deputy Technical Superintendent
Location: Port-Harcourt - Onne, Rivers
Details
- To ensure technical management of the OSV fleet on behalf of the ship managers
- To contribute to technical standards improvement
- To ensure proper delivery and integration of new built vessels in the fleet
Responsibilities
- Achievement of routine maintenance aiming to optimize technical vessel availability rate
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards considenng technical instructions from Engineenng
- Responsible for performing cost effective, safe, efficient and high quality repairs according to class requirements
- Partly Responsible for negotiating local repair contracts for UPMP
- Partly Responsible to manage OPEXICAPEX budget for assigeed vessels
- Partly Responsible for managing CE’s and ensuring their Yearly appraisal and competency development
Qualification / Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar qualification
- Must have worked onboard as a Chief Engineer on OSV for a minimum of 3 years
- Previous Experience as a Technical Superintendent in the offshore industry will be an added advantage

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Onne, Port-Harcourt, Rivers
Details
- To ensure Client day-to-day satisfaction through effective collaboration with the Contract Manager
- To operate his dedicated vessels in a competitive and safe manner by coordinating all his related affiliates departments
- To lead BOURBON HSE policy in the vessel operations
- To Integrate and coordinate ship management functions: HSE, Vessel, Maintenance,Procurement, Crewing
- To ensure pertinence of and delivery on the Logistics agreements and marine services agreements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring vessels operations are meeting clients expectations as per contract deployment form
- Responsible for operating his dedicated vessels in a cost effective manner
- Prepare the budgets and ensure budget follow up and cost monitoring
- Single point of accountability for his dedicated vessels vis-a-vis Contract Managers, Logistics Managers and his related affiliates Departments (QHSE, Vessel, Maintenance, Procurement, Crewing)
- Responsible for leading Bourbon Quality and HSE policy implementation
- Lead incident investigations
- Perform regular visits on board including both checks and promotion of the HSE culture
- LTI/ TRIR (reach or exceed Bourbon QHSE KPI targets)
- Regular visits on board
- Responsible for clearly and timely reporting on all aspects of the Manne/Subsea Agreement (In charge of drafting and updating the Marine/Subsea agreement action plan report)
- Responsible for managing his/her team of Vessels Captains/Masters
- Provide commercial and operational guidance to guide his/her team of Vessels Captains/Masters.
Key Skills and Competencies
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Management or a related field, previous experience as a Master or Chief Mate onboard OSV is an added advantage
Requird Competencies & Experience:
- Budgeting, Business Management, Business Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analysis, Fleet Management, HSE, Maintenance Marine Standards, Networking, Risk Management, Stress Management
- Minimum of 5 years oil and Gas Industry experience particularly in Operations Management.

- To support the maintenance of Engines/equipment as well as provide assistance for repair/maintenance of defective equipment onboard all BINL surfers (18 meters and above including dry dock)
Responsibilities
- Carry out major repairs and overhauls
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of the warehouse vehicles
- Contribute to develop team and vessel crew knowledge
- Major repairs and overhauls onshore and offshore
- Provide detailed report for each job request to management
- Carry out inventory and update monthly
- Improve safety in operations and apply company safety rules
- Dry docking of assigned surfers
Qualification / Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar qualification
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Previous Experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the offshore industry will bean added advantage

Job Title: Welder Supervisor
Location: Port-Harcourt - Amadi, Rivers
Details
- Support and conduct welding maintenance of equipment and provide efficient support of all onboard equipment
Responsibilities
- Guarantee fleet availability by carrying out/supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of vessel equipment onshore and offshore including defective equipment onboard vessels when required
- Carry out major and minor welding repairs and overhauls for vessels and base
- Follow up all maintenance and repair done by updating the maintenance history
- Report weekly and monthly or as required
- Contribute to develop team and vessel crew knowledge
- Provide detailed report for each job request to management
- Carry out inventory and update monthly
- Improve safety in operations and apply company safety rules
- Welding repairs on Dry docked surfers
Qualification / Experience
- Welding Certification in accordance with Class Certification or Requirements or a similar qualification
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Previous Experience as a Senior Welder an the offshore industry will be an added advantage
- Language Fluent in English Ability to communicate in French Language will be considered an asset

Job Title: Nigerian Content Manager & Executive Assistant to MD
Location: Lagos
Details
- Creating and implementing the Organization’s Nigerian Content plan in line with regulations issued by the NCDMB.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all applicable NCDMB regulations are met
- Acting as an interface between the MD and his internal and/or external interlocutors
- Supporting the MD and providing a diary management, files and meetings preparation, budget follow-up
- Gathering, editing and transmitting on time relevant and reliable information
- Providing a logistic and administrative support
NNCDMB Duties
- The Nigerian Content Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing the Nigerian Content plan in line with regulations issued by the NCDMB. He! She would be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that applicable regulations are met.
- Prepare, present and issue Nigerian Content Reports
- Approve updated Plan that incorporated the latest directive(s) as issued by NCDMB
- Co-ordinates and supervises the performance of Nigeria content in accordance with approved procedures
- Ensuring personnel awareness on the requirements of the Nigerian content plan by facilitating trainings and seminars
- Formulate in consultation with the Corporate Affairs and Government Relations Manager, the NC plan and implementation for the Group and its companies
- Provide strategic direction and support to build relationships with key government agencies such as NAPIMS, DPR, NNPC and NCD Monitoring Board or any agency as required for the Group and its Joint Venture partners
- Develop and drive strategy for achievement of key performance indicators in the Guidelines for Nigerian Content Development
- Provide day-to-day support in collation and interpretation of local data related to the Industry that would be required to implement any strategies and plans as deemed fit
- Stay abreast and updated on trends within the industry focused on the development of local capacity
- Liaise with all stakeholders to prepare and monitor the company’s Nigerian Content Plans in compliance with local laws for all the proposals submitted
- Liaise with the all the involved functions, in particular Legal, HR and Finance in ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry Content Act
- Assist the Business Development Department in maintaining competitive advantage in adding value to the Nigerian content policy
- Lead initiatives that will promptly lead to the proliferation of skills and competencies among Nigerians of all ages, both in general.
- Responsible for formulating and driving all Nigerian Content initiatives and projects, providing project scope, costs and implementation plan. Also responsible for ensuring that the desired level of recognition/credit is received (from NCDMB and customers) for such initiative
Executive Assistant Duties
- Plan and Organize the Mo’s Travel, Presentations, Meetings, Files, Budget follow-up and Diary management
- Act as an Interface between the MD and internal /external interlocutors

Education and Experience
- B.Sc in a Management related or Social Science course
- Minimum of 7 years relevant Local Content experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- A sound working knowledge of Nigerian Local Content Law
- A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage

Job Title: Deputy Technical Manager
Location: Port-Harcourt - Onne, Rivers
Details
- To support the management of the OSV Technical department to support the day to day operations and to ensure the integrity of the Bourbon Fleet.
- Ensure the Technical part of the Ship management of BINL vessels as covered by the ship management agreement.
- To provide the required technical support to other affiliates as covered by the internal L.SA.
- To ensure cost effective technical availability
Responsibilities
- Monitor the organization’s maintenance policy according to class and flag regulations
- Ensure fleet vessel integrity
- Ensure effective use of CMMS/Task Assistant
- Maintain the OSY fleet on a routine basis, in safe and reliable conditions
- Manage unplanned maintenance period aiming to reduce technical downtime & cost to the maximum
- Support the monitoring of OPEX/CAPEX technical budget
- Support the management of the OSV Technical department activities and teams
- Develop technical culture/skills of engineers onboard the vessels.
Qualification / Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a similar qualification and working experience (5 years) as a Chief Engineer onboard an OSV
- Previous Experience as a Technical Manager in the offshore industry will bean added advantage
