Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary

  • The Senior Business Development Executive shall assist with the attainment ofcompany’s business growth objectives, articulating new business development opportunities in theOilandGas Industryand compiling bids/tenders and collecting projects data

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
  • Contribute to the attainment of the company’s business development strategies
  • Identify immediate and long-term needs by clients for company’s products and services on such projects
  • Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.
  • Generate work orders, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Effectively manage each customer account to ensure sales targets are fully achieved
  • Develop leads into opportunities and convert into new accounts
  • Leverage on knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
  • Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical bidding requirements
  • Support the development of project proposals; employ data gathering techniques and analysis to present proposed solutions to clients
  • Demonstrate consistent sales development success and target – driven achievement
  • Manage day to day relationships with partners and clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs
  • Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
  • Prepare and make effective product presentations to clients
  • Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports, tenders and presentations that will win the company contracts in on-going and up-coming projects

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years in Business Development related activities preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A problem solver with excellent Presentation and Negotiation skills.

Job Title: Senior Coiled Tubing Supervisor

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Senior Coiled Tubing Supervisor to join our Pressure Pumping and Completions Department.
  • You will be working in a challenging, fast-moving, interesting, and rewarding environment while being exposed to a broad field of assignments and projects in the oil and gas industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing, overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the department.
  • Plans and coordinates operations to ensure that all materials are rigged up, tested and ready for mobilization
  • Provides technical support and supervision of crews/clients on well sites offshore and on land
  • Ensure inspection of equipment pre and post job/Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) using required documentation.
  • Ability to manage the scope of work, job budgets, transportation, rental equipment, and expendable supplies to complete jobs on time and within budget.
  • Provides support to the Coil Tubing division as the primary sales representative for customer service and support operations.
  • Supervision of all aspects of coil tubing equipment for operation to include maintenance, assembly, disassembly of coil unit, fluid pump, nitrogen etc
  • Ensures delivery of services with flawless quality service execution, HSE standards and ZERO accidents
  • Maintain communication with clients representative, rig crew and field support staff and participate in knowledge sharing
  • Trains and mentor’s subordinates in all aspects of operations
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive job program and post job reports to clients

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of field experience as a Coiled Tubing Supervisor
  • Hands-on maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Excellent organizational and Presentation skills, with an ability to take initiative and prioritize important tasks.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the supervision of offshore Cementing activities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute cementing operations and associated services and activities according to the specifications. Attend pre-job planning meetings, prepare and supervise the technical service provided by the team.
  • Plans and coordinates operations to ensure that all materials are rigged up, tested and ready for mobilization
  • Responsible for the safe operation of assigned personnel and equipment on all locations.
  • Ability to lead, crew members and direct work activities during rigging up and down of service equipment at the well location.
  • Ensure inspection of equipment pre and post job/Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) using required documentation.
  • Must be competent making calculations associated with oil field cementing, slurry calculations, displacement calculations, pressure calculations, force calculations, and volume and height calculations.
  • Provide quality control of all products and mixed fluids on site, including technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations for controlling fluid properties.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Cementing service line in a supervisory capacity
  • Hands-on maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical equipment

Job Title: Cementing Operator

Primary Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, assists during rigging-up and rigging-down of cementing service equipment on work locations to include spotting of cement storage vessels, pre-mixing of spacer fluids, and rigging-up appropriate data monitoring equipment
  • Responsible for the operation of cement pumping and mixed equipment, blenders, liquid additive metering systems, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, Automatic Density Control (ADC) systems, bulk cement blending, delivery, and storage systems, manifold equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools
  • Verifies correct line up of valves on bulk systems and surface manifold equipment
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of cementing products
  • Understands basic lab test data such as pump time, density, yield, water ratio, etc.
  • Responsible for execution of auxiliary operations such as effective load out, basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting etc
  • Ensures proper load out and labelling of equipment for all operations
  • Ensures maintenance of worn-out tools
  • Participate in mobilization and demobilization activities
