Job Title: Marketer

Responsibilities
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Persists in sales even in the face of failure
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
- Answers questions from clients
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
- Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
- Makes product appeal to the target market
- Trains other sales people in the art of selling
- Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
- Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback
- Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions
- Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, this includes stocking supplies and maintaining clean restrooms and public spaces
- Ensure proper approval for customer discounts, returns and exchanges while providing customer satisfaction and positive interaction with the company
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with clients
- Oversee and administer quizzes and tests to ensure employees have a firm understanding of company policy
- Oversee and maintain inventory and order office, cleaning and other supplies as needed
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science with 2 - 4 years work experience.
Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
- Develops and implements growth strategies
- Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
- Raises capital through banks or outside investors to help foster growth or obtain sales goals
- Provides mentoring to all employees, including management
- Motivates staff to meet or surpass organisational and sales goals
- Coordinates with human resources department to recruit skilled talent and keep the best employees
- Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary
- Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
- Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organisation goals
- Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
- Provides a system for employee salaries and benefits, and makes sure employees feel valued
- Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise
Requirements
