  • Off-Field is seeking motivated, high energy individuals whose primary function is to stimulate and recognize market opportunities as well as maintaining good relationships with clients; and making repeat sales to our existing customers.
  • Candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer or consumer (B2C) sales.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Engage in digital marketing to enhance sales.

Majority of assigned work will be conducted during standard business hours; however, it is essential that the candidate must be available for early morning, late evening, and weekend work as required by the CEO. Academic or trade Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Work experience and skills:
  • Ideally requires at least one year post-NYSC experience but this may be waived for impressive fresh applicants who demonstrate desirable potentials.

Purpose of the position
  • Off-Field is seeking a driven, outgoing and collaborative dynamic Executive Assistant to support the needs of the Chief Executive Officer and manage all administrative and office duties for Off-Field.
  • The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for all essential matters pertaining to the CEO, and act as a liaison between the CEO and clients and staffs.
  • The selected candidate must display the ability to make executive decisions quickly, communicate effectively, and maintain professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, adaptive, and assertive.
  • Prior Executive Assistant experience or experience managing staff is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Enhances executive’s effectiveness by providing information and operational management support; representing the CEO to others.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Completes a wide variety of organizational support and conserves CEO’s time by reading, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; preparing accurate and timely expense reports for travel
  • Research and compile materials needed for meetings, calls, projects, etc.

  • Candidates should be able to showcase cross platform mobile application development on IOS and Android platforms.
  • Other primary functions include design, development, support, and maintenance of websites and associated applications.
  • This individual will primarily assist with designing print and web media in order to support our business areas, promote corporate events, and create awareness of community and corporate relationships.

Other Skills:
  • Hands-on mobile app development experience.

  • Deployed applications to commercial platforms like iTunes App Store and Google Play
  • Developed native mobile iOS and Android applications using Xamarin, C# and .NET
  • Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices, along with mobile testing tools and techniques
  • Experience developing/integrating responsive Web applications
  • Experience using agile principals and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of mobile landscape (Differences in iOS v/s Android) is mandatory
