Job Title: Junior Credit Analyst

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Determine the credit worthiness of people or companies applying for loans.
  • Gather information about clients
  • Read financial briefings
  • Assess, Analyse and interpreting complicated financial information
  • Undertake risk analysis by developing statistical models
  • Conduct an onsite survey of prospective client premises
  • Keep company credit exposures within set risk bearing limits
  • Completing loan application forms and submit for approval
  • Use credit-scoring systems for small credit amounts (such as small unsecured personal loans)
  • Keep knowledge of key issues up-to-date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues)
  • Help to enhance the quality of credit applications
  • Make recommendations about procedural/policy changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years experience.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ibadan - Oyo, Abeokuta - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
For the role of Business Development Executive, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new business. A Business Development Executive typically has the following daily responsibilities:

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify individual and clusters for fund mobilization
  • Identifying and researching new and existing markets for cash inflow
  • Preparing and delivering speeches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

Requirements

  • 2-3years Experience in a similar role.
  • OND in Marketing and other related fields.
  • Must have worked in an Investment company or any other financial institution.
  • Must possess good customer relationships.
  • Must be very familiar with Investment banking.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
  • Familiarity with industry’ rules and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Experience in an Investment company is an added advantage.
