Your Role
- Assist in development of Henkel business processes / requirement, functional and technical specifications and design business solution.
- Designs, monitors and performs Quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, quality and stability while maximizing performance and scalability.
- Supports existing systems in daily manufacturing operations.
- Support receipt of raw & packaging material.
- Data collection and processing of data for SAP.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
Your Skills
- Graduate in Science / Engineering with a minimum of second class lower or lower credit.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in quality control and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of laboratory analysis for detergent and soap product.
- Proficiency in SAP QM Module will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be willing to work for a Fixed term contract for 12 months.

Your Role
- The incumbent will assist the Business Process Manager in providing assurance to Management on the effectiveness and adequacies of Internal Controls, through the conduct of relevant Internal Audit and Business Process reviews and provision of value-adding recommendations for business process improvement.
- Determine audit programs and scope of business process reviews in line with approved Internal Audit plan and management requests.
- Carry out internal control activities, audit reviews, risk management and evaluation of operational controls with a view to determine the effectiveness of internal controls over company operations and compliance with applicable policies and requirements.
- Carry out risk-based business process reviews thereby ensuring the embedment of risk management in company processes and procedures.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Obtain, analyze and review company information posted into the SAP (receivables, payables, inventories and overheads etc.) and report any non-compliance, inconsistencies and inadequacies of financial and related information.
- Discussion of business process review findings and recommendations with responsible officers and business unit heads and agree timelines for implementation of recommendations.
- Prepare and reports that reflect audit’s results and submit to the Business Process Manager.
- Assist the compliance officer in the discovery, investigation and reporting of any unethical business practices thereby ensuring full compliance to the company code of conduct, policies and established business practices.
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor the implementation of agreed recommendations, thereby ensuring that all audit and business process review objectives are met.
- Participate in periodic inventory count and ensure reliability of the exercise through independent reporting of variance of raw materials, work in progress, finished goods and other relevant company inventories.
- Carry out value for money reviews to identify areas of cost savings in the procurement of company goods and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounts / Finance or any other related course of study.
- Minimum of three years’ working experience.
- Good knowledge of audit reviews using the SAP application.
- Strong data analytics skill is required.
- Knowledge of basic project management skills preferred.
- Microsoft Office – advanced user of Excel. Knowledge of SAP.
- Strong internal audit and business process report writing skills.
- Confident personality with high level of integrity.
- Please note this is a Fixed term contract for 12 months and located in Ibadan, Nigeria.
Job Title: Supply Planning Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

Your Role
- Responsible for balancing the supply and demand of finished goods to ensure targeted Customer Service Level and Inventory targets achievement.
- Ensuring availability of products on right time, maintaining right level of Inventory considering production constraints and demand variations.
- Single point of contact for all the business functions (Marketing / Sales / Production).
- Responsible to convert the Rolling sales forecast into monthly plans.
- Based on the monthly plans, understand capacity of each machine and 3P manufacturers and project stock closing of each month.
- Responsible for all Finished goods (Powders, Liquids, Co packed products and Imported products).
- Align monthly plan for the next month and split into weekly plans as per Customer Service’s requirements.
- Work closely with customer service department and production schedulers teams daily to fulfill the customer orders.
- Create Product Availability reports daily to understand availability Vs time gone.
- Monitor weekly performance of production to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Create reports for Output Reliability / Volume Accuracy daily.
- Jointly coordinate with MRP controller to understand the availability of raw and packaging materials for scheduling.
- Manage Inventory of both Imported and produced finished goods to meet the agreed target stock levels.
- Monitor product movement and control slow/non-moving finished goods at plant Control phase in phase out of finished goods during launches.
- Manage Project implantation management and conduct weekly project update meetings.
Your Role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience, ideally within the multinational environment.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production with project management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, APO, SAP or similar ERP system know-how is preferred.
- An ideal candidate must be available to join 1st July 2020 and ready to work from Ibadan, Nigeria on a fixed term contract.

- Daily material management in coordination with warehouse supervisors and suppliers.
- Material call off planning. Coordinating with material suppliers to call of material.
- Material slow moving and write off control, Whistle blowing at right time.
- Planning the stock taking and doing variance analysis.
- Doing root cause analysis for each variances Coordinating with Purchase department, Planning department for material call of.
- Knowledge of material movements in SAP.
- Knowledge of SAP T Codes to understand the movements.
- Knowledge of material flow in SAP starting form inward of material till dispatch of FG.
- Warehousing FEFO adherence and space best utilizations.
- Good knowledge of Trial balance, factory level cost sheet, Gross margin Month end Plant reports.
- Capex controlling, Capex management Knowledge of insurance and claim submission.
- Budget vs actual cost management, variance analysis and root cause analysis.
- Driving cost saving plans and follow up for implementation of the plan.
- Knowledge of Standard costing, Marginal costing, absorption costing, price variance, quantity variance, process variance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management.
- 2-5 years of experience is required.
- Mandatory knowledge of Financial Accounting, Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fixed term contract for 12 months.
