Job Title: Field Electro-Mechanical Officer
Location: Nationwide
Job Description
- Conduct routine visits to inspect the gensets under contract and opening cases with call center on the gensets due for service. Attend to Emergencies to provide solution and first-hand information to Branch Emergency Teams & MS.
- Collect weekly updated Active Contract List assigned under scope from MS.
- Inspect the gensets and associated installations thoroughly & record all technical parameters & snags if any on JCF/MRP.
- Notify call center to open a case for service and obtaining Case ID if Gensets is due for Service.
- Write the cased ID received form call center on MRP and obtain customer signoff on accurately completed JCF/MRP.
- Attend promptly to escalated Emergency Cases by Maintenance Supervisor.
- Collect case ID and details which should be clearly stated on respective Maintenance Report (JCF/MRP).
- Diagnose and resolve minor faults.
- Provide first-hand information to MS and Call Center for major or fault that require parts replacement.
- Write JCF/MRPs with all details & obtain customer signoff.
- Snap pictures of the snag points, panel readings, signed JCF/MRP, updated Gensets Maintenance Log Card and send to MS & Call Center on email before leaving the site.
- Conduct daily checks and maintenance of all assigned company assets, tools & PPEs.
- Adhere to company set dress code, wearing PPEs and identity cards always on duty.
- Comply strictly with company processes related with QMS, OHAS & EHS policies.
Qualifications
- B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site electrical operations in a leading industrial company with a strong experience in Power Supply/Generators industry
- Must be ready to relocate to other Zones/ Areas/ Regions based on business needs.
Competencies:
- Basic work experience on the electrical/mechanical parts of a diesel generator
- Experienced in trouble shooting of controls, electrical and all mechanical problems in Diesel Engine Generator Sets.
- Well familiar with all types of Machine electronic controls for Diesel Engine Generator Sets.
- Well familiar with various types of Diesel Engine Generator Sets and specialized in Perkins or/and Lister Peter or/and Mitsubishi brands generators electrical system with Leroy Somer/Stanford/Marelli brands of Main Alternators

Job Title: Sales Engineer (Air Compressor)
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo and Port Harcourt - Rivers
Job Description
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and existing customers in the Greater Houston area; Grow sales and customer base by strengthening relationships with existing and future potential customers.
- Establish new accounts for both equipment and service accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule
- Analyze target accounts in order to develop penetration strategies to increase market share
- Work with Sales, Service and Parts Departments in a team-oriented fashion
- Provide customers with product, service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
- Serve as a liaison and advocate between the customer and the organization; Own responsibility to create highly satisfied customers
- Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations, recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives

Requirements
- Two years of direct sales experience in the compressed air industry
- Knowledge of technical products, rotating equipment, air compression products and their applications
- Effective sales competency; able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches; able to sell to customer needs
- High level of analytical ability is needed to find solutions to human, technical or administrative problems
- Ability to prioritize and work the necessary hours to effectively execute the job responsibilities
- Proficient in computer related skills; I.E. Microsoft Office applications, CRM
- Extensive travelling within set territory up to 80% of the time may be required to accounts, meetings, company related functions
Job Title: Sales Executive (Inverter, Solar, UPS, Battery)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Track new sales prospects, promote and sell Company’s products and services and maintain long-term customer relationship
- Meet and exceed Company’s expectations to drive rapid and maintainable sales growth
- Present, promote and sell Company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers. Seek out new sales prospects through cold calling and networking
- Conduct appropriate presentations on Company’s products and services
- Help in improving Company’s brands awareness
- Liaise with other departments and ensure the availability of stock for sales
- Ensure prompt delivery of Company’s products and services as soon as orders are payments are made
- Negotiate and close sales deals by agreeing on the terms and conditions of the contact
- Follow up on after sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise sales drivers by ensuring all vehicles’ documentations are up to date and in good condition
- Communicate new product development and prices to new and existing clients
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with customers and understanding their needs
- Identify products and services improvements by remaining up to date on industry trends, market activities and competitors. Collect market information and conduct competition analysis including product and price comparisons

- Analyze the markets potential, track sales and status reports.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer needs, complaints, inquiries and determine potential solutions.
- Prepare written reports of sales activities including sales orders, backlog, forecast, lost accounts. Prepare and submit sales reports as requested
- Participate on behalf of the Company in exhibitions and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent
- B.E-Electrical / Mechanical would be preferred. MBA or Master’s Degree is a preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales field of Industrial Products (To specify products).

Job Title: Electrical Assembler (Panel)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assemble assigned products using detailed instructions such as; standard manufacturing procedures, specifications. Perform inspections, stuffing and other mechanical procedures and equipment. Operate equipment to assemble and install product to specifications and maintains quality parameters on equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings to determine materials required for control panel and/or electrical equipment assembly on a daily basis.
- Locate positions for all electrical apparatus, including brackets, cables, switches and wiring per the engineering schematics and mark their location on control panels and/or electrical equipment daily.
- Use marks as a guide and drill or tap holes per quality control standards for electrical apparatus on control panels and/or electrical equipment daily.
- Plan, lay out, assemble, wire and solder complete electrical/electronic/mechanical equipment and apparatus.
- Fabricate electrical apparatus per specifications and quality control standards using calipers, cutters, drills or saws daily.
- Understand the function of and use a broad range of electrical/electronic/mechanical parts and components such as brackets, solder, wire, resistors, diodes, capacitors, relays, transformers, coils, switches, PC boards, etc…
- Follow assembly procedures to determine correct parts and proper assembly methods.
- Verify standards are correct and product meets required specifications according to blueprints or process instructions.
- Position, align and adjust work piece and electrical parts to facilitate assembly.
- Install wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Assemble electrical component, systems and support structures to specifications.
- Assemble electrical external parts such as covers, control panels etc…
- Secure batteries and the cables (terminals).
- Mount fabricated electrical apparatus to the control panels and/or equipment per specifications and quality control standards daily.
- Test control panels and/or equipment upon completion to ensure they are fully functional daily.
- Troubleshoot control panels and/or equipment if not operating as per engineering schematics daily.
- Make necessary adjustments to electronic apparatus and test equipment again to ensure the issue has been repaired daily.
Qualifications
- High School Degree. Electronics Engineering Degree, BE. Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a plus. Other certifications in electronics assembly is a plus. Min 3-5 years of proven work experience in electrical assembly and wiring.

Job Title: Assembly Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of work with all team members to produce quality products and deliver it on time. Responsible for development and implementation of operating procedures and continuous improvement programs.
- Supervise the planning, scheduling and implementation of work with all assembly team members to produce high quality products and deliver it on time.
- Accomplish manufacturing goals by communicating job expectations and setting up daily/weekly/monthly objectives to production team.
- Review processing schedules and production orders and make decisions regarding resources needed to meet those schedules or orders.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Ensure all sections are following all safety and quality procedures and guidelines.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on production performance and progress.
- Monitor equipment calibration dates.

- Develop reports in AX/DOLPHIN to track and move material throughout the Departments to support on-time delivery.
- Document the production process and calculate manufacturing cost in order to identify areas that needs improvement and work accurately to estimate the cost of future project.
- Supervise all production assembly activities and offer feedback and instruction to all staff regarding productivity and quality improvement.
Qualifications
- BE. Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Electrical is a plus. Min 7-8 years of proven work experience as production supervisor in the assembly line. Diploma in Process Engineering is a plus.

Job Title: Production Planner (Assembly Plant)
Location: Jakande Estate, Lagos
Job Descriptions
- In charge of developing effective strategies to increase production efficiency and output. Ensure products manufactured are produced in a cost-effective way that meets quality specifications and make sure that products are ready to distribute to customers in a timely fashion.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed to meet predicted completion date.
- Create a better workflow that uses company resources more effectively.
- Create new initiatives that boost product quality, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
- Liaise with sales division to determine customer requirements and prepare monthly forecasts in collaboration with marketing/sales division.
- Use production specifications to establish lead time of operation (Assembly, Pre-test, Testing, Post-test and Panel Workshop sections) for the guidance of production workers.
- Confer with section team leaders and supervisors to determine the status of assigned jobs if it is in line with the plan.
- Expedite operations that delay schedule and alter schedule to meet target.
- Create job orders on weekly basis and request the corresponding Bill of Materials to be transferred according to the plan from Store to Assembly floor for production.
- Report finished jobs after production to store for consumption and inventory reconciliation.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience as a production planner. Strong planning/scheduling experience is required and preferably in a high volume made to order manufacturing environment.
