Job Title: Financial Sales Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Duties

  • Review & Analyze sales data to sales plan to ensure targets are being met.
  • Provide sales & marketing support as needed to the sales teams.
  • Draw up and propose plans for achievement of sales targets and optimal level of service.
  • Ensure the application of RFS sales guidelines to ensure optimizes sales channels.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing & sales teams.
  • Report findings of sales analysis to Management.
  • Assist in Preparing Sales Target Plans.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Economics, Business Management, or other Management Science courses.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Sales Analytics.

Job Title: Product Performance Analyst

Location: Lagos

Overview

  • The role of the Product Performance Analyst encompasses analyzing product performance, defining success metrics, and inform future product and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and delivering key product analytics data that uncover actionable insights to drive new product discovery and product optimization
  • Create and manage data dashboards to ensure the product team and leadership has visibility into product performance
  • Identifying areas of improvement and concerns in products strategies and provide appropriate action plans
  • Aiding in the development of strategies that will improve product performance and contingency plans to deal with emergencies
  • Developing and optimizing product models to ensure continuous effective administration of product structure
  • The primary point of contact for the product sales and marketing department to determine product-market tactics that market performance
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of products against guiding goals; assure strict adherence to product-to-market lifecycle management.
  • Aid resolution of all complaints as it relates to product.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of work experience in Product Analytics and experience in Product design.
  • B.Sc in Economics, Business Management, or other Management Science courses.

Job Title: Lead, Performance Management

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Performance Management Analyst to lead the unit within the HR department.
  • The successful candidate must be very Analytical and capable of assessing any situation from a variety of perspectives and developing appropriate performance policies to meet required needs. He/she will among other things:

Duties

  • Lead, direct & coordinate the development and implementation of performance management system across the group.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework and all performance relates issues.
  • Managing the performance review process, coordinating post-appraisals meetings & ensuring implementation of outcomes.
  • Coordinate performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees
  • Lead and provide strategic direction to the development of pay, reward, recognition and benefits strategies
  • Proposing and managing compensation structure and reviews, ensuring regular market-related pay research and benchmarking
  • Ensure a performance improvement plan is in place for underperforming employees
  • Drive high performance in the teams
  • Ensure compliance with all policies related to performance management & rewards.

Requirements

  • Required Qualification: B.A / B.Sc / HND
  • At least 5 years experience in performance/rewards management or HR generalist function
  • Relevant degree in HR Mgt or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
  • Analytical & detail-oriented.
