  • Degree in any related discipline with an MBA posgraduate qualifications.
  • Strong leadership skills with expertise in talent development and performance management.
  • The ability to identify, select and develop critical talent is essential.
  • Must be familiar with current trends, practices and metrics.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years work experience in similar role
  • Preferably woman with good presence and capabilty.
  • Experience in construction chemical will be added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and vision through assisting the board and staff with the development of long-range and annual plans, with evaluation and reporting of progress on strategies.
  • Formulate and execute the company's strategic plan;
  • To manage the framework of the annual budget and the COLTON's strategy, the ideal candidate will ensure that the department delivers business and financial performance and maintains harmonious relations with all stakeholders
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and get results through others.
  • Meeting regularly with the company Directors to provide feedback on organizational performance & staff performance and to take direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and get results through others.
  • Communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates operation activities to ensure that goals or objectives of the organization are accomplished within prescribed time frame.
  • Delivering sales by developing relationships with retail partners, Key institutional clients, managing all strategic alliances/partnerships, identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
  • Build capacity of work force in the areas of: Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Project Management.
