We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Credit Admin Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Credit Admin Officer inputs the new client’s data on the IBS and generates a Loan ID.
  • Ensure successful take-up and management of all booked loan applications.
  • Closely monitor the application process to the point of disbursal.
  • Actively keep records of successfully consummated requests (TAT, disbursed amount, tenor etc)
  • Successfully manage client expectation throughout the application wait period, by constantly keeping applicants informed.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communicator; Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Experience of relationship development with people at all levels, internally and externally.
