We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Cost Controller

Locations: Delta and Rivers

Job Details

  • Monitoring project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing regular cost reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Investigating cost overruns and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing cost control procedures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Analyzing project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to identify variances and trends.
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to forecast project costs and cash flow requirements.
  • Reviewing and approving project-related invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis and recommending cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
