We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cost Controller

Locations: Delta and Rivers

Job Details

Monitoring project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparing regular cost reports and financial statements for project stakeholders.
Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Investigating cost overruns and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Supporting internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
Developing and implementing cost control procedures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Analyzing project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to identify variances and trends.
Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to forecast project costs and cash flow requirements.
Reviewing and approving project-related invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Conducting cost-benefit analysis and recommending cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
