Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Experience in the payment industry a must

Job Title: Backend/Frontend Developer Location: Lagos Job Description

Working extensively with our custom CMS, along with HighChart, Facebook, Google Analytics and various API’s.
Researching, recommending and gaining adoption of new technology changes.
Working closely with marketing and operations groups to support their business objectives.
Helping to design and create dashboards for marketing, operations and executive management.
Improving the flow of data between and within marketing systems and breaking down data silos.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of PHP / LAMP stack.
Experience in database design and administration.
Experience with JQuery / JavaScript.
Experience working with HTML, CSS, XML.
Understanding of enterprise level application development, object oriented design principals, and UI/UX design.
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Solid understanding of the full development life cycle
Experience in developing payment platforms a must

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
