We are a well known consulting practice with first class strategic alliances, with head offices in Lagos.
We are currently seeking self managed and result oriented professionals to fill various positions in the organizations Lagos, Port Harcourt and Calabar offices.
JOB TITLE: CONSULTANTS (HR, LEARNING, AND FINANCIAL ADVISORY)

Minimum of a good first degree from a reputable tertiary institution,
5 - 10 years in the above functions in a well structured Consultancy practice
Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts,
Strong business development skills with a track record of converting prospects to paying clients,
Good people skills,
Detail orientation.
Experience in executing HR / training / financial advisory projects,
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal,

JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS (HR, LEARNING AND FINANCIAL ADVISORY)

Minimum of a first degree from a reputable tertiary institution,
1 - 4 years experience in human resources, learning and financial advisory in a Consultancy firm,
Strong business development skills.
Track record of converting prospects to paying clients,
Experience in carrying out HR / training / financial projects,
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

JOB TITLE: SENIOR CONSULTANTS

Candidates must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies
Ten to fifteen years experience in human resource, learning or financial advisory services. Between three to five years of these must have been in a well structured consulting practice.
Experience in consulting project management and implementation
Sound people management skills
Excellent client management skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts
Experience in proposal / bid preparation.
Track record of converting prospects to paying clients

The successful candidates will be required to drive business within the framework of agreed budgets. They must be proficient in the management of existing and new clients. He / she will also be required to ensure short turnaround time on projects and deliver creative solutions to meet client requirements.
