Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Compliance Officer ensures that the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • This role involves developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and training staff on compliance-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Investigate compliance issues and coordinate with legal authorities if necessary.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide compliance training to staff.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the IT or financial sector.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
