Job Description
- We specialize in various immigration services, ensuring the highest standards of legal expertise and client care.
- We are seeking a dedicated Compliance and Quality Manager to join our team to maintain and improve our compliance standards, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence in all aspects of our service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the firm’s compliance with relevant immigration laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Implement and manage an effective compliance monitoring program, identifying risks and non-compliance areas.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on client cases, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to legal requirements.
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to maintain regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues and quality management systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and expense records.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
- Handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the Business Manager.
- Monitor changes in immigration law and ensure the firm is up to date with regulatory changes.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or breaches, reporting findings to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory audits and reporting.
- Assist the Manager in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- You must have people management experience.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance and Quality Control
- The position is for female applicants only.
- You must have people management skills
- Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Proficiency in using case management systems and compliance monitoring tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Must reside in close proximity to the office.
- You do not have to have a Legal background.
- Leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in compliance, quality management, or a similar role,
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough audits and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
- You must have business management skills
Salary
N220,000 - N250,000 monthly.
